By accessing or using Alux Allure (including its websites, mobile applications, and related services, collectively the “Site”), you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (these “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1.
1. Your Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in Alabama.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and comply with these Terms.
- You will not access or use the Site if you are under the age of 18 or lack the legal capacity to do so.

5.2 Processing and Shipping
- All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless expressly stated in our Returns Policy.
- Orders are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Once processed, orders are shipped via UPS
- Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
5.3 Order Acceptance
- Our email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A sale is only complete upon shipment.
- We may:
- Limit order quantities or refuse service without notice.
- Require you to verify information before accepting an order.
- Correct errors (including after an order is submitted).
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including mispricing.
5.4 Shipping Restrictions
- Products are intended for use in the United States.
- We may cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing Products for use outside the U.S.
6. Product Descriptions
While we strive to ensure Product descriptions, images, and details are accurate, we do not warrant that:
- Product descriptions, colors, dimensions, or ingredient lists are error-free.
- Products will always be available or in stock.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Alux Allure or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Site at any time.
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Alabama.
