Alux Allure Returns Policy

At Alux Allure, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our items, we have a limited returns policy to ensure fairness for all customers. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

With the exception of defective or damaged items (as outlined below), all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the product.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its advertised condition, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  3. Resolution: Once we receive the returned item (if required) and confirm the issue, we will process a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
