Alux Allure Returns Policy

At Alux Allure, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our items, we have a limited returns policy to ensure fairness for all customers. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
With the exception of defective or damaged items (as outlined below), all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the product.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its advertised condition, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- You must provide photos of the defect or damage.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return or Replacement:
- Contact Us: Email us at AluxAllure@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request: Defective/Damaged Item” and include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the defect or damage.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Our Response: We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable) or arranging a replacement.
- Resolution: Once we receive the returned item (if required) and confirm the issue, we will process a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or preference. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement as outlined above.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, even if defective or damaged:
- Final Sale Items: Products explicitly marked as “final sale” or “no returns.”
- Personalized Items: Custom or personalized products.
- Open or Used Items: Items that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging.
5. Return Shipping
- If a return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label via email. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).
- Refunds are issued only after we confirm the issue or defect.
7. Damaged or Lost Returns
- If your return is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible for the cost of a replacement or refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
